The sales this week of Apartment 1002 Cerulean and 5A The Inlet being connected by a 3rd party, who was the seller (through another agent) of a 3rd property... Yes, a jigsaw puzzle if ever there was one!
We wondered which was the more appropriate saying for our Newsletter this week – the one in our heading or “It always seems impossible until it is done” – Nelson Mandela. Given that we facilitated the sale of 3 properties this week that are all subject to the sale of each other... That is a first for us at MBPS and perhaps for any agency...
