I almost resorted to baking another cake this morning, instead of a Newsletter, as I thought about the week that has past – how can a week possibly pass so quickly… Then I remembered ‘my theory’ of clearing the mind with laughter… So, I chose Mr Jeeves’ jokes before I went any further. It may have worked….

My mind then went to business and the number of Property Appraisals we have conducted this week, 9 I believe – thus the ‘optimism’ and the hope that they will all come to fruition, as they are all diverse… The meaning of optimism according to the Cambridge Dictionary – “Hoping or believing that good things will happen in the future” …

Those of you who know me, know that I am forever the optimist – “we will achieve”, “it will happen” – or is that positivity? Coincidentally, I loved the ‘cha-cha’ when we did such a thing…

Now, at almost 3 pm, my optimism has paid off, or perhaps more to the point, the Team’s hard work has paid off, with 4 of our 9 Appraisals from this week having turned into New Listings… Other than to say, they include a 3 bedroom apartment in The Meriton and 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Kings Row complex - we will provide further details next week.
