Early one morning last week I received the above photo and words of wisdom from one of our ‘local friends’, Ken. His words – “Cloud mountains lit by the rising sun reminding us that we all have mountains to climb throughout the day. When we reach the summit and we are on top of things all is revealed and everything is clearer, under our control.” Not only did I appreciate and relate to Ken’s thoughts, I appreciated the friendship of the sender… It brought me to think, once again, of how lucky we are to live in this beautiful community and the strength of friendship in our community!

In a world that often feels busy and fast-paced, our local community continues to show the true meaning of friendship. It’s in the simple moments—neighbours greeting each other in the morning, people lending a hand when someone needs help and those familiar faces…

This week in our small MBPS community, we have had a wonderful celebration for the 10th anniversary of Cathy working with us — a milestone that reflects not only her dedication and loyalty, but the genuine care and consistency she brings to everything she does. Over the past decade, Cathy has become an integral part of our team and our extended community, known for her professionalism, warmth, and unwavering commitment to our clients. We are incredibly grateful for the role she has played in shaping MBPS and have shared a collage of our festivities below.

In Sales this week, we have 3 New Listings –
