I would like to introduce Elizabeth Draheim, as our newest Sales Team Member. Elizabeth, pictured here, is the reason for our saying this week, as she is the perfect ‘fit’ for our Team. She has ‘slotted’ in with ease like one of those pieces in a jig-saw-puzzle that I often refer to in Sales.
I feel very fortunate to have met Elizabeth, who has been working in Real Estate Sales in Brisbane and was wanting to relocate back to her home in Main Beach. We met for a chat – and the rest is history, so they say… I feel it has been like a win in the lottery!
Main Beach has been part of Elizabeth’s family story since 1959, giving her a genuine connection to the area and it’s community. She has a background in corporate leadership and high level negotiation in a former industry, which I see as a great asset in sales of any kind. Clients describe her as honest, organised and deeply invested in achieving the best possible outcome. What did we say about ‘like-minded people’…

In Sales since our last Newsletter, we have 1 New Listings, with others in the ‘pipeline’, which will potentially be released to our database next week. We have also had 1 new Contract and 5 Settlements – so yes, busy as usual…
Our New Listings is featured below.
