MBPS had a very busy and perhaps ‘lucky’ week last week with 5 new Contracts of Sale and another New Listing – it doesn’t rain it pours… No complaints from our point of view or that of the Sellers and Buyers, however a simple excuse for not publishing a Newsletter when we really need to, as we have an ‘off market’ listing that we wanted to release to our database prior to going out to the ‘broader market’ – so this is a very unusual Monday edition… Just in time for Saint Patrick’s day.
It would have been my dear ‘young’ Dad’s 110th birthday on Tuesday, Saint Patrick’s Day! He sadly passed 48 years ago at the young age of 62 when I was 22, however, as you will have gathered he, like all of our loved ones ‘live in our hearts for ever’…
So, here’s to Saint Patrick’s Day, my dear Dad’s 110th birthday and the release of Apartment 65 Xanadu East to our readers!
Apartment 65 is featured below – a stunning partially renovated, 149m2, 2 bedroom apartment in Xanadu East, with those never to be built out views over the Ocean. To quote our Sellers “it’s honestly like being on a cruise ship" and "I’ve seen whales in the ensuite mirror”…
One of our new Contracts was also our New Listing, Apartment 9 Scalinada, both listed and sold on the same day – so very definitely an ‘off market sale’. We would like to thank and congratulate the Sellers and congratulate the Buyer, who we have been endeavouring to assist with her purchase for some time and pleased that she is delighted to have found her new home – Congratulations to all!
Our other unconditional Contracts are Apartment 3 Xanadu East and Apartment A15-2 Rivage Royal. The other two Contracts are not yet unconditional, so considered ‘unmentionable’ – so watch this space…
We have also had 2 Settlements this week – Apartment 602 Maldives and Apartment 11 Main Beach Views. So, once again, thank you to the Sellers for entrusting us with the sale of their properties and congratulations to both the Sellers and Buyers! Also, the MBPS Team who all work so closely together to achieve the best results possible for our clients.
