Happy Australia Day! Whilst we all know that January 26 marks the landing of the First Fleet, Australia Day is about celebrating the values, freedoms and pastimes of our country and appreciating how lucky we are - So Enjoy!

I felt our saying this week, which was ‘donated’ by one of our lovely locals is in keeping with Australia Day and our ‘Aussie’ attitude to life and our ‘ethos’ of fairness, freedom, integrity, respect, and kindness – I hope I did not miss anything…

Our saying also reminded me of the idea that “if it doesn’t happen, it wasn’t meant to be” which we spoke of some months ago. With a little time and perspective, that sentiment feels even more fitting now. It speaks to trust in the process, acceptance without regret, and the comfort of knowing that things often unfold exactly as they should. In many ways, it carries a quietly optimistic, very Australian spirit — grounded, pragmatic, and hopeful all at once.

Our ‘quiet listing’ in Belvedere, mentioned last week, is now featured below. It is a ‘good feel’ 3 bedroom apartment on Level 17, with 2 side by side car spaces and separate storage. The apartment has sweeping views over Main Beach and the Broadwater, in addition to views of the beautiful blue ocean to the east. One of our ‘unmentionable’ Contracts is now unconditional, so considered SOLD – Apartment 602 Maldives. We would like to congratulate the Sellers and thank them for the opportunity. Also, congratulations to the Buyers on their new part time home!

We have had another Contract this week, which is not yet unconditional, so therefore another ‘unmentionable’…
