Welcome to our first Newsletter for 2026, as we commence year 1 of a 9-Year cycle in numerology.
Our apologies for very brief greetings for Christmas and the New Year, however, the closing of the 9th Year of the 9-year cycle, 2025, proved to be as it is often described in numerology, “a period of completion, release, and preparation for a new chapter:, i.e. ‘busy’, as usual…
A friend shared an Instagram Reel leading up to New Year that resonated with me and I would have liked to have shared, as I have with a number of friends and clients since receiving… As usual, I could relate it, not only in ‘life’, but to selling and buying real estate… In the absence of sharing “Final week of the 9-Year Cycle”, I consulted with my friend “Google” as to the significance, meaning behind the 1st Year of our next 9-Years – “The first year (Year 1) is often described in terms of new growth and charting a course, in contrast to the completion-focused Year 9.”
In essence, Year 1 is your chance to become the person you want to be, starting anew with optimism and bold action for the next nine years.”
In sales, in that ‘Final week of the 9-Year Cycle’, as 2025 closed and 2026 began, we certainly felt that we were seeing some evidence of the 9-Year Cycle in numerology … As the doors closed for a number of our friends and clients allowing them to move into fresh ‘beginnings’ and surrounds.
We are very pleased that our dear friends and clients, the Sellers of 36 Bauer Street have now sold their home at 36 Bauer Street Southport allowing them to move back to friends and family, sadly away from the Gold Coast, however, good for them – we wish them all the very best with their new ‘lifestyle’ and thank them for allowing us the pleasure to assist over the years, not once but 3 times… We would also like to welcome the lovely buyers to their new home, which was clearly the right fit from the start – thank you all!
We gained 6 New Listings in recent weeks, 3 New Contracts and 1 Settlement this week. All of our New Listings are being presented to our clients and database initially prior to going out to the ‘broader market’. Three of them, which are featured below:
A beautifully presented, pristine apartment on Level 2 of Kings Row South, featuring a lush garden outlook. Apartment 9 has 2 bedrooms, with good separation, 2 bathrooms, a large living area, with separate dining area. New double-glazed doors are only one of its new features. The other of our New Listings is now under an agreed Contract, however, not yet unconditional...
Also, as our third Contract is not yet unconditional, we are considering it one of those ‘unmentionable’ for now…
