“Storms” and navigating the storms of life, seemed an appropriate theme for this week’s/month’s Newsletter, given the recent storm events in Queensland this week. Firstly, we hope that you have all stayed safe and have not sustained any damage personally, or to property, from the recent storms.
Navigating the storms of life isn’t about pretending the skies are always clear—it’s about learning to steady yourself when the winds pick up. Some days you’re sailing smoothly, other days you’re holding the wheel a little tighter, adjusting your course one small decision at a time. The waves might push you off track, but they also reveal your strengths, your resilience, and the people who truly anchor you. And then there are the storms you never feel ready for, like the passing of someone you love. Those waves hit differently—they can knock you off balance, blur the horizon, and make you feel as though you’re drifting without a compass. As every storm eventually passes, you emerge a little wiser, a little steadier, and far more capable than you ever realised while standing on calm shores.
Another quote I found from an ‘unknown’ author and thought I would share - “I embrace the storms of life, for they reveal the strength I never knew I had” …
Perhaps whirlwind would have been equally as appropriate in the life of MBPS these past weeks… Whether navigating the storm or having the wind behind our sales – oops ‘sails’ - I actually did type ‘sales’… Recent weeks have sailed by – thus a monthly Newsletter for November.
We have not been idle, we have been working on 6 New Listings, which we are pleased to offer ‘off market’ for now, pending obtaining photography.

Also, our ‘unmentionable’ contracts are now unconditional - Apartment 21 Carrington Court and 2 Royal Surfrider that was not even mentioned and sold, it will settle on Monday. Congratulations to the Sellers and Buyers.
Apartment 46 Xanadu settled this week, so we would like to Congratulate the Sellers and thank them for the privilege and welcome the Buyer to their new Holiday home. Also, congratulations to Carmen and myself, who brought the parties together!
