In recent times a very dear friend introduced me to “Instagram” – I know, I am a ‘little’ behind the times, and I possibly should not publish the fact, given the industry I am in... Fortunately, I am surrounded by ‘younger’ people ... Anyway, it is very ‘addictive’ and every now and then something ‘pops up’ that gets my attention. Tonight it was “To make a difference in someone’s life, you don’t have to be brilliant, rich, beautiful, or perfect. You just have to care”... Somehow that resonated with me and how it can relate to our industry ...
As does “The two most powerful warriors are Patience and Time, the three c’s of life are Choices, Chances and Changes, you must make a choice, to take a chance, Or your life will never change”... Again, I related it to selling and buying Real Estate.
In business this week, we have been working on a number of New Listings, which we will present over the next couple of weeks.
The Contract on Apartment 14 Main Beach Views settled last week, so once again, we would like to congratulate the Sellers and Buyers and thank them for the pleasure of doing ‘business’!
Featured below is one of our New Listings mentioned last week, Apartment 2 Royal Surfrider - a ground floor, 1 bedroom apartment - with just a little TLC this apartment can deliver immediate returns and long-term growth potential and/or entry point to the desirable Main Beach market for first-time buyers. Again, we are presenting to our clients only at this stage prior to going out to the broader market next week, if not sold beforehand...
We often speak of ‘putting the jig-saw-puzzle’ together and we are currently endeavouring to do so for a number of buyers seeking properties in Main Beach. Specifically, we have a ‘cash’ buyer looking to secure a Sub-Penthouse on the Western side of Liberty Panorama, of which there are only 9... Yes, very specific and we have written to those Apartment owners at the risk of being the ‘pesky Real Estate Agents’. Also, specifically Xanadu and we have again mailed a ‘genuine buyer’ letter, however, you never know ‘who knows who’ – thus our mention here...
We also have buyers looking for apartments in Marquis on Main and Park Lane and others more generally looking for large 2 or 3 bedroom apartments in the price guide of $2,000,000 to $3,000,000...
So, we have buyers on the ground and once again, there is very little stock available – a good position for Sellers to be in!
We are also finding it difficult to keep up with the demand for Properties to Lease, so please let us know if you would like further information in relation to our Property Management services.
