HAPPY EASTER
May your Easter basket be full of joy, happiness and peace!
Where did that year go – once again! It seems like only a few months ago… and here we are again, wishing you all a very Happy Easter!
We are writing, in the main, to do just that and to promote the Easter Festivities in Tedder Avenue again this Easter Saturday. They feature, Mr. E Bunny, the Easter Egg Hunt and the Easter Hat Parade, all of which were a great success at last year’s event. See the ‘poster’ below for further details.
MBPS is, once again, hosting their own Easter competition concurrently – ‘Guess how many balls are in the boot of Bella, the MBPS little red Fiat’... So, please join us on the corner of Tedder and Peak Avenues on Easter Saturday from 9 am for however long it takes to “have fun”!
We have added another ‘little feature’ as you will see here – our new little red Vespa...
In an endeavour to, not ‘speak about business’, but in fairness to our Sellers and Buyers, we have featured below ... Our ‘Coming Soon’ properties, Apartment 41 Contessa and 332 Main Western Road, Mount Tamborine, mentioned last Newsletter. Together with the courtyard Apartment in Kings Row South, Paradise Waters and 7 /548 Marine Parade, Biggera Waters mentioned previously whilst awaiting photography.
We must also congratulate the happy Sellers and Buyers of Apartment 55 Kings Row South and Apartment 8 Norfolk, who settled this week and moved into their new home and ‘part time’ home respectively! Also, congratulations to the MBPS Team!
Another big week this week, albeit a short week… We are very pleased to have three new Contracts of Sale, that are once again ‘unmentionable’, as not yet ‘unconditional’...
We will be ‘in and out’ over the Easter break, although the office will be closed apart from Saturday morning.
