Notwithstanding my best intentions, I must apologise again for another late Newsletter... I came across our saying, two weeks ago when I was determined to release a mid-week Newsletter this week – so our saying is even relevant to me publishing our Newsletter, as it turns out...

I chose the saying as it really does apply to the Sale and Purchase of Real Estate, as it does to almost everything in life, including business in general. Perseverance also aptly follows on from the theme of our last Newsletter where we spoke of our constant battle to dispel ‘the public’ opinion of Real Estate Agent – we must persevere, in our attempts to ‘break the mould’, as must Sellers and Buyers, who are searching for ‘service with honest and integrity’...

Short and sweet for a change... However, I would like to share a few other sayings that I thought relevant:

In Sales this week, we have featured below the 3 bedroom courtyard apartment in Norfolk Apartments that we mentioned last week. Please note that the original structure of this apartment was a 3 bedroom. The current owners chose to remove a wall to extend their living space, however, it is easily reinstated and structurally it is a 3 bedroom apartment.

We also have a fully renovated 3 bedroom apartment with magnificent ocean views all the way to Coolangatta. This Contessa apartment has been stylishly renovated and the first I have seen that provides an option of a sitting area off the master suite or the 3rd bedroom. So often we meet couples who would like ‘his and her’ TV or Reading rooms. This is an ‘off market’ opportunity, which will be presented to our clients only and is well worth viewing, so please call for further information and to arrange a private inspection at any time.

We have mentioned previously the 2 bedroom apartment available ‘off market’ in Xanadu North, to which we have had limited access, due to occupancy in the Holiday Pool. Whilst situated on a low floor the apartment still offers good ocean views. Again, it is available to view by appointment.

We have been invited to appraise several apartments over the past couple of weeks, all of which, once again, are very diverse - everything from ‘walk-ups’ to large 3 bedroom, plus office. We expect to have our authorities in place in the near future, so, please watch this space...

As you will see from our Properties to Lease below, most are 'Under Application', with very few vacancies. In saying that, we expect to have an executive apartment coming up soon. So, once again, if you are in the rental market, please watch this space or call us to register your interest...
