As you know this coming Tuesday is Anzac Day so, however we remember and thank all those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and Country on this Anzac Day - Lest We Forget!

Sometimes we do not appreciate just how very lucky we are… There is a dawn service and a march near you, so follow the link below for more information.

At MBPS this week we feel very lucky and would like to extend a very warm welcome to our two new Team members - Mauricio, who has joined us as an “Associate” and Danelle, who is now filling the very important role of Property Management Assistant. We are now ‘complete’!

We have discovered that Mauricio has many ‘hidden talents’, such as marketing, social media and computer literacy, that most of us do not possess and for which he was not employed – what a bonus... Thus, his assistance is now very sought after within the TEAM. Not to mention his ‘youthfulness’!

Danelle also has a ‘pedigree’ in Administration Managment that we will draw on to enhance our Property Management division. We are very pleased and again, feel very lucky, that she has chosen to join the MBPS Team!

Something came up with one our Team yesterday about her going to Melbourne for the weekend and I said ‘again’ she said – “Annette, it has been a year – last Anzac weekend”... Where did that year go?

We really must slow the clock down... Perhaps an excuse for our late ‘fortnightly’ Newsletter once again and the reason for our late mention of the very successful Easter Saturday activities organised by the Main Beach Business and Tourism (Our Main Beach) and enhanced by the MBPS Team, who arranged the Guessing Competition - ‘Guess how many balls in the boot of the MBPS little red Fiat’. We have included a collage of some of the actives below. There was a large crowd and we received great response to our Competition. Congratulations to our winner, who guessed 800, which was the closest to the mark – there were 793 balls. She is pictured below accepting her prize. I must say, Wendy did an amazing job of putting the prize together – thank you Wendy! Also, thank you to Claire for the brilliant idea and the ‘duck’ mailbox to receive the entries. Thanks also to the entire MBPS Team, who put the time and effort into the event, including the handout candies and chocolates. A great day was had by all!

This fortnight in Sales...

We have had 3 New Listings, 2 Contracts of Sale and 1 Settlement and we are amidst negotiation on others, so busy as usual. The 2 Contracts of Sale are ‘unmentionable’ at his stage, one of which was a new listing sourced for a buyer and ‘sold’ overnight and the other is not yet unconditional.
