This week at MBPS
Don’t be afraid to start all over again. You may like your new story better...
I thought our saying this week very appropriate, as we have a new Team member, who joined MBPS this week to assist me “wherever possible”, giving me more opportunity to ‘chat on street’. I have been introducing Michelle as “my assistant for the want of a better word”, however, in reality our intention is to join forces, and work together on ‘the business’ of MBPS. Michelle comes with experience in many fields, including real estate and whilst there will be a ‘little’ learning curve, it is her business acumen and work experience that I saw as a benefit to MBPS – not to mention her personality! Michelle, also comes with a huge smile... She and her husband have relocated back to Main Beach from Cairns, where she lived for the past 30 years – so a significant ‘start over again’.... We warmly welcome Michelle!

I felt that all of our sayings this week, very aptly apply to what we do – Real Estate! And, I certainly “enjoy every moment as it comes”...
Well, we have had another busy fortnight – yes, apologies – last week disappeared in busyness again...
We had three Contracts last week and we are working on another two this week...
The Inlet 24B is now SOLD. Congratulations to the Seller and Buyer! And, thank you for the prevelige, as I had the pleasure of bringing the parties together.
Aparment 7 Woodrowe place is also SOLD, so congratulations to the Sellers and Buyers! Also to Mary and myself who brought the parties together.
The other Contract is one of those ‘unmentionable’, as it is not yet unconditional, so watch this space...
We will report further on this weeks negoiations next week. In the meantime, we continue to be in need of “stock”, i.e. properties to SELL...
In saying that we do have our three featured properties below, two of which have just ‘hit the market’.
The 3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom and 2 car space apartment in the boutique complex of Cronin Plams, which is a rare find in Main Beach for under $1 million – listed at $925,000.
