One of our funniest 'typos' came to mind this week, upon receipt of the article below that was shared by a friend and made me laugh aloud…

Some years ago, another friend pointed out a typo on one of our For Sale window cards – it read “Live in or Incest” … Sadly or otherwise, it had been in our window for weeks at that time – oops! Did people not read or were they too polite to let us know? Then today when I shared this article with our Team member who likely made that typo, she confessed that she once sent a text to a “tradie” to request he attend a property to clean the carpet – the text read “peed at the apartment to check the carpet” – oops again…

We all know, I make plenty of those typos – I just cannot recall all of mine… At least we can laugh at ourselves, which I believe is healthy!

Just when we think we are all but ‘sold out’, we have 2 New Listings this week –

A fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 1 car space on Level 6 in Pacific Views, with Ocean views. The apartment is listed at $850,000 and has already gained attention off our shop front this week. We have featured the apartment below and at this stage will present to our client base only. Please call for further information or to arrange an inspection.

The second, is a northwest corner apartment in the sought after Liberty complex. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Liberty Panorama has a built in office which, due to its design, presents as if it had been part of the original design. The apartment has a very peaceful garden outlook and offers 1 car space and a large storage cage. It will be featured next week once photography has been obtained, however, in the meantime, please call for further information or to arrange an inspection.

We will also feature the sub-penthouse at XXV Breaker next week once photography has been obtained. Again, please call to arrange an inspection at any time.

We have also had a Contract of Sale this week - the property was not on the market and was in fact ‘sourced’ for the buyers specifically. As you know that is what we love to do from time to time – bring the parties together, completing the ‘jigsaw puzzle’! Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers of Apartment 61 Contessa!

The house at 46 Tedder Avenue is now leased; the 2 bedroom apartment in Carrington Court is ‘Under Application’ and tenant enquiry remain high = more stock required!
