This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales

This morning I started with a saying about a rainbow as I wanted to share this lovely photograph of the rainbow which was taken by our friend Steve from his apartment in Liberty. Then for some reason my mind went to “There is light at the end of the tunnel” as I thought of the relief on Cathy’s face as she left the office a little exhausted last evening after completing not only Month End, but End of Financial Year…
I thought, of how many others have been battling with that ‘pressure’. So, congratulations to Cathy and all who accomplished so much this week, whether it has been just another busy week of accomplishments or the end of Financial Year!
So, our saying this week seemed appropriate for both… However, given the end of financial year, I could not resist sharing - “There is a light at the end of every tunnel. Some tunnels just happen to be longer than others” by Ada Adams.
Here’s to a Happy New Year in fiscal terms – and physical terms, for that matter!

We also have two ‘quite listings’, which in the past we would have called ‘bottom drawer listings’, until a Seller once said “Oh, when you said, ‘bottom drawer’ I thought you were just going to put the authority in the ‘bottom drawer’ and not promote it”… Oops, so never again. Now if someone gives a ‘hint’ that they would like to sell, but they are not ready to go out to market we call those ‘quite listings’ and if a buyer is specifically looking for a property that matches, we have the authority to introduce them to the property…
One of our ‘unmentionable’ Contracts is now unconditional, so Apartment 32 Ocean Pacific is considered “SOLD”. So, congratulations to the happy Seller and Buyer! Also, to Claire who bought the parties together!
In Property Management this week, we have of course been a little quiet, due to our short lockdown. We do have 2 new listings:
