This is actually last week’s Newsletter, which was not published… It was a little chilly last Friday, as it is today – yes, even in Main Beach… So, I was looking for a saying as an introduction to Winter – change in weather, changes in life and generally “change”… Thus our saying.
Nothing has changed in our world – we continue to be busy and ‘list and sell’ - we simply require more properties to sell…
In saying that, we do have one new listing this week:

Mr. Jeeves...
Sadly - still missing in action…
With Mr. Jeeves not yet returning we have brought in the reserves – Jeeves Jnr, who is seen here dressed for the first round of the State of Origin.
He is of course dressed in the Queensland “Maroon”, as that is his state of origin… There is a little rivalry amongst the Team these days as there are a number of ‘New South Welshman’ amongst us.
As one of our dear locals pointed out “you cannot change your state of origin”… He also, just happens to be from NSW, so no doubt he is happy with this week’s win!

Main Beach Park Run
The Park Run at Main Beach commences again tomorrow, 12 June from 7 am to 8 am and will continue every Saturday from now on…. See the link below.
This must me my cue to get back out on the footpath. No, not the run – I can all but walk it… Although, you can walk the Park Run, so join in! The ‘Run’ was usually starting as I finished my walk – in the good old days when I had a walk... I use work as an excuse these days, however, in reality, we just get ‘out of the habit’… As I say, a cue to get moving again… I have not been ‘out there’ for at least 10 months - since the Real Estate market went ‘mad’…
