We thought our saying this week was appropriate, as some of those seeds we have been planting have grown into ‘New Listings’ – thank heavens! Or more appropriate – thank you to the Sellers, all of whom we have had long term relationships with, which we value - thank you!

I find myself saying more and more these days – It’s all about relationships, which are invaluable, not only in our business, but in all businesses – actually, in life in general!

Short and sweet this week – again “thank heavens” some of you are surely saying… I said to someone yesterday, “I think our Newsletter is becoming a Fortnightly, instead of a Weekly”… However, although late, this week’s was a must to highlight our New Listings – all of which are being released to our clients only at this stage.

We have 2 x 3 bedroom apartments - it is difficult enough to find a three bedder in Main Beach let alone two at these sizes and prices, however, they are completely diverse…

Apartment 4 Norfolk Apartment – “Effortless Beachside Family Fun!” directly across the road from the beach, spacious (164m2) northeast corner, 3 bedrooms with surprising ocean views from level 1! The block of land with six separately titled units at 9 Cronin Avenue is now unconditional with the exception of having to all settle simultaneously, so it is now considered “SOLD”… Congratulations to the happy Seller and the Buyers, who were very quick off the mark. The property went ‘live’ on Realestate.com.au on Friday evening and Contracts were agreed by the end of the weekend!

This week we have had two Settlements - Villa 1, 3 Mountbatten went under unconditional Contract in April 2019, with the intention of a ‘delayed’ settlement and now almost 2 years later it has settled! Congratulations to the Seller’s and Buyer, who have worked together now in harmony for almost 2 years. Oh, and to Carmen and myself, who facilitated the sale - I think that is worthy of a ‘drink’ or 2…

The sale of Apartment 9 Sainte Maxime also settled this week. So, congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers and to Claire and I who bought the parties together!
