I have been saying to our lovely locals who are so supportive of our move – ‘this is like building a house’… Well, now this is like moving a house… It will be amazing and everything is ‘falling into place’! Despite the organised ‘chaos’ business has continued to be good…
In Sales this week, we have another Contract – not yet unconditional, so another of those ‘unmentionable’… Congratulations to the Sellers and Buyers who are both very happy!
We can report that two of our former ‘unmentionable’ Contracts are now unconditional – so, they are virtually ‘SOLD’ – Apartment 37 Kings Row Centre, after selling on the first inspection and Apartment 52 Ocean Pacific, having sold for full asking price on the first ‘very busy’ open home two weeks ago… A great job by Claire, who sold 52 Ocean Pacific for the Buyers of 37 Kings Row, to facilitate their purchase… Congratulations to all, the Sellers, Buyers and Claire!
