This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales
What if that change you are avoiding is the one that gives you wings?
Well this week we celebrated the New Financial Year – with a ‘big bag’!!!
Over the past few weeks we have been speaking of ‘change’ and ‘butterflies’, well our news today brings both – We are all very excited to announce that we have made the decision to move - after 9 years… Amongst the good news is - we are only moving metres down Tedder Avenue and the footpath is far wider! Those of you who know us well will understand why the footpath is significant and for those who do not, please come and visit us one day and then you will understand very well! “We”, but in particular “me”, love to chat on the footpath… It often takes me a half an hour to go to the Friendly Grocer, which is right next door…
This year is our 10th anniversary and for 9 of those 10 we have been located next door to the Friendly Grocer – a great position for the passing trade – we will now be in an equally great position, right next door to Jay Pask and in the same block as Maxwells, both very long time Main Beach icons. Of course, our new premises will incorporate our MBPS Property Management division, so we already have a presence there and the other good news is that the MBPS Team will all be together!
Don’t rush down the road just yet, we will not be moving for another couple of months. However, you will be the first to know Opening Day! So, once again, please watch this space…
Oh - the significance of ‘butterflies’ this time, amongst other things - is what you get when it is necessary to make a significant decision to bring about change… “For many, the beginning of the New Year signals a sense of transformation – a time to evaluate life in its current state and set goals for manifesting change. The butterfly symbolizes transformation and joy. Its dance reflects the need for movement from where we are to our next phase of being” (Trish Phillips).
We believe all we have been saying about ‘change’ and ‘butterflies’ of course also relates very aptly to Real Estate and the difficult decisions people are making when considering whether to, where to and when to make that ‘move’… All we can say is, if it is for yourself, i.e. a home, do it with your heart - you will know when it is the right choice!
