When you focus on the good, the good gets better…
The good news is that our community is ‘reopening’! We believe if we all continue to do the right thing and keep that ‘social distancing’ alive, we can be confident that life will get back to ‘normal’ (not sure what that is…) in the near future. We thought you might enjoy this picture from Germany, showing how the locals are keeping up their ‘social distancing’…
Tedder Avenue will have a different vibe today, with our restaurants and cafes, who have all been working very hard to continue to provide us with coffee and takeaway meals, able to reintroduce 'table service'. We know they are already heavily booked, which is great! We wish them all the very best!
As you know we have been working on ‘business’, as usual, or as usual as we could be... As a result we have another two new listings this week - both very diverse from our other listings.
Apartment 302 Park Lane is a very large 181m2, beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, with extra office/sitting room and a lovely northern garden aspect. It is listed at $848,000 and is feature below.
The other new listing this week is a very spacious 148m2, 2 bedroom apartment in the residential only complex Main Beach Tower. The size, price guide and the fact that there are only two apartments per floor make these apartments very popular. Located on Level 7, with views of over Macintosh Island to the Surfers Paradise city skyline and listed at only $620,000.
