This week at MBPS Main Beach Property Sales
Care and Consideration…
That is what it is all about! As some of you know, I like a chat… And, notwithstanding the Coronavirus, I am continuing to ‘have a chat’ (a nick name I was given many years ago). In speaking to our locals, we all agree – the best way we can battle this pandemic is to take care and have consideration.
I am sending our Newsletter this week with that thought and to let you know that whilst we envisage our market may ‘slow’ a little, we are for ever optimistic and ‘open for business’. We are, of course, taking the appropriate precautions, that we are all now very aware of, to minimise the risk to our community (Village) and clients – so we are taking care and having consideration! I am sure you are all doing the same…
This week, we are very pleased for the happy Sellers and Buyer of Apartment 19 The Nelson, who have a “conditional” Contract in place – congratulations to them all and to Carmen, who brought the parties together!
The Contract on Apartment 71 The Grand Mariner became ‘unconditional’ this week, so once again, congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers. Also, to Bren, who negotiated the Sale!
We would also like to congratulate the very happy Sellers and Buyers of Apartment 29 The Crest, which settled today. And, of course Bren, who negotiated that sale!
Whilst we are limiting Open Homes due to the Coronavirus, we do have Pacific Views Apartment 54 open to view this weekend, both Saturday and Sunday between 10:30 and 11 am. Also, The Nelson, as the Contract is not yet unconditional, on Saturday only between 11:30 and 12 pm.
All of our other properties are available to view by appointment, so please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a private inspection.
