We could not resist our saying this week, as it seems we have had the windshield wipers on constantly over the past couple of weeks… We were of course very pleased for the rain, however, now we are very relieved to have the sunshine again today – only because the rain, which appeared to be ‘set in’, had started causing damage. We only hope that the farmers are getting ‘enough’ but not too much. It reminds me of the old saying ‘it never rains, but it pours’, which is often the case in business, however, in business we are always pleased to have the downpour…

This week at MBPS, we have not quite had a downpour, however, we have been very busy.

In sales, we have three new listings.

A 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in ‘The Nelson’ in Paradise Waters, which has been beautifully renovated and is listed at only $408,000. It is featured below and will be Open to View this weekend on Saturday and Sunday between 10 and 10:30 am. The other two new listings will not yet be presented to the market, as we have been waiting for a break in the weather to allow for photography. They are:

Some of you may recall when we first introduced Billie back in 2018 when she moved into Main Beach. Billie, who opened for Frank Sinatra at Sanctuary Cove in 1988 has many talents, not the least of which is her amazing voice – So, well worth coming along to the ‘fund raiser’ at the Southport Bowls Club on Sunday afternoon, 23rd of February – I am looking forward to a relaxing afternoon of entertainment!
