Time for a change...

  This week at MBPS

Last week we spoke of ‘youth’ and this week of ‘change’, because without youth in a lot of cases we would not have change. I was thinking of change in technology that we have seen in our lifetimes, but then change relates to everything in life, including those big decisions Sellers and Buyers make – that is all about ‘change’...

This week at MBPS we have had a significant ‘change’ and we are all very excited – we have a new website! It is such a progressive change on our old website, it is taking a little getting used to – it is very ‘youthful’ in some ways, e.g. quick… When you visit you will see what I mean. I love what our young developers have created even though it did make me a little dizzy at first - that could be ‘the dinosaur’ coming out in me… We are now in the ‘fine tuning’ process...

I am amazed at how many people I meet comment on and actually read our Newsletter… This week I met a very nice couple at an inspection – how lucky are we to do what we do!! They were looking at the apartment in Yachting Towers, which has not yet ‘gone out’ to the broader market, however, it had been released to our database in our Newsletter. I said I was heading back to the office to commence our Newsletter – still trying to publish it a ‘little’ earlier - and that I was thinking of ‘change’ due to our new website – she made the comment ‘Time for a change’ which we agreed is very relevant to them as buyers.

This week in Sales, we have a New Listing – An immaculate, fully renovated, ‘C’ Style apartment with ocean views in Grand Mariner listed at $750,000, which is featured below. We have an Open to View this weekend between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm Saturday and Sunday or alternatively please call Bren on 0438 183 318 for a private inspection.

Congratulations to the happy Sellers and Buyers of 504 Maldives which settled this week. Great team effort with both Carmen and Bren involved in the sale.

I have had so many comments this week on the beautifully renovated Park Lane apartment, which is on the market at $799,000 and the general consensus is that it is “real value for money!” The people who have viewed so far are wanting to ‘drag’ the apartment up from Level 3 to Level 20, as they want the views the ‘garden aspect’ does not provide – you only need to pay another $180,000 for those views!
