This week at MBPS
Luck is a dividend of sweat… the more you sweat… the luckier you get!
Wendy, our Director of First Impressions, provided our saying this week and I initially thought – “it is very good”, but - how does that apply to the MBPS Team and Real Estate in general? So, I was thinking of all the ways I could write about what we have been doing this week to match the heading and whilst we have been working hard to obtain New Listings and selling the ‘few’ properties still available, I could not quite make it ‘fit’ – we don’t exactly work up a sweat… I then realised that Wendy was not relating the saying to “The MBPS Team”, but more to the events on the Gold Coast this weekend – how appropriate!! See below ‘On the Gold Coast’…
This week at MBPS, we have had two settlements – Apartment 18C The Inlet and Apartment 55 Ocean Sands, so Congratulations to our very happy sellers and buyers! Also, to Carmen and myself who assisted in both sales.
Also, Apartment 12 Seychelles is now an ‘Unconditional Contract’. Congratulations to Shelley and her happy Seller and Buyer.
As we mentioned last week, we have been so busy selling and leasing our properties that we are now, all but, out of stock!! This is the perfect time of the year to place your property on the market for sale or for rent, so please feel free to call the office on 07 5564 0712 to arrange for an appraisal or to receive more information about our services.
Hopefully next week we will be able to report on the “new listings”, that we have been working on…

On the Gold Coast…
We have lots of events on the Gold Coast this weekend, the ITU World Series Grand Final which we mentioned last week, the STIHL Wood Chopping Championships on Saturday and Sunday between 12 noon and 6:30 p.m. at the Broadwater Parklands, Southport. Also, the Wallabies v Argentina Rugby Match being held on Saturday at 8:00 p.m. at the CBUS Stadium in Robina.

Mr. Jeeves is ready for the ITU World Series Grand- Final on the Gold Coast this weekend!
We have had the pleasure of the company of many international visitors on Tedder Avenue this week as they are here to either participate in or to support the athletes competing in the ITU World Series Final. The event runs through to Sunday the 16th September 2018.
