Speaking of flying… our fearless leader, Annette Sinclair, has finally made good on her threat to fly to Italy for a long overdue break!
The week has been a very busy one yet again. We have gone live with two previously mentioned 2 bedroom apartments, one in each of the Xanadu Towers and they are featured below. We also had 2 settlements, Apartment 3 ‘Oscar On Main’ and 11 ‘Xanadu East’. Congratulations to our very happy Sellers and Buyers and well done to Annette and Carmen.
We have also been very busy in Property Management securing tenants for the Liberty Panorama apartment listed at $650.00pw as well as the apartment in La Joya listed at $295.00pw. We have also gone live with the Sub-Penthouse in Marquis On Main listed at $2,400.00 pw as is the 2 bedroom apartment in Malibu listed at $720.00 pw, please refer to our rental listings below.
We are still experiencing a high level of enquiries for both sales and rental properties so this would be an opportune time to act if you are thinking of selling or leasing your property.
Summer is nearly over and Queensland is experiencing unusual wet weather this week... the rain is wonderful for our gardens and everyone enjoying the cooler weather after what has been quite a long hot summer!
Mr Jeeves is being very wise in donning his wet weather jacket and gum boots to keep the rain off whilst at his post. He has acquired yet another band of fans visiting Tedder Avenue this week.
