The 2018 Chinese New Year begins today! According to Chinese zodiac 2018 is the Year of the Dog. The Chinese regard the dog as an auspicious animal. Apparently, if a dog happens to come to a house, it symbolizes the coming of fortune.
At MBPS we expect that we and our clients will have very good fortune this year, as we welcome the many dogs who cross our door step each day, looking for a treat… If you think I am not serious, come to MBPS at around 5:30 pm any day when one of our beloved “pets” drags his owner into MBPS for a treat – he all but opens the draw at Wendy’s desk where the treats are kept… We do have other loyal followers, who just come in for a pat… I am speaking of the dogs!
Speaking of good fortune - the 2 bedroom apartment in De Ville went Under Contract this week… So, congratulations to the Sellers and Buyers! Also to Shelley who negotiated the sale!
