A very dear friend sent this week’s saying, which I thought was so appropriate!
We really have no reason to cry and in fact, we have reason to celebrate with three properties going to Contract this week. Congratulations are in order for the Sellers and Buyers of the one bedroom apartment in De Ville; the three bedroom apartment in Contessa Condominiums and the two bedroom apartment in The Inlet, that did not even hit the market… Congratulations to Shelley, Cherie and myself for bringing the parties together and successfully negotiating those Contracts.
Carmen has also had a good week, with the Contract on Xanadu Apartment 11 becoming unconditional today. She also has a “new listing” in Chidori Court - a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, beautifully renovated apartment, which is listed at $449,000 and will be released to the market next week, if not sold before!
Another apartment, that is initially being released to our clients only, is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Xanadu North. It is available now at $550,000 and can be viewed at any time by appointment.
