We are, of course, hoping that we will be included in your story…
Well, Tedder Avenue is alive and buzzing, which is great to see. Locals and holiday makes alike are taking advantage of the beautiful weather, good food and shopping… The local restaurants and cafes are doing a roaring trade and it has the feel of a great year ahead!
It is a good thing that we have been ‘on the job’ these past few days, as the foot traffic has been even busier than expected, with lots of enquiry from buyers and for property appraisals. So, once again, watch this space!
Our local friend who has “a fetish” for kidnapping Mr. Jeeves has struck again, taking Mr. Jeeves to Manos to share a Christmas drink! Obviously, a huge success with the patrons, who were very disappointed to see him leave his seat and his drink behind to be returned to his post at MBPS – Mr. Jeeves, not the local…
On the listing front, we have only one new listing to report to date - a 2 bedroom apartment in Deville – “Beachy, with uninterrupted views”, which will go to market next week at $825,000 – great value! Call Shelley for more information - 0408 000 088.
On the rental front, we are still in need of more rental properties, as we are not able to keep up with the demand from prospective tenants.
