We would like to say a very warm welcome to Cherie Leburn who has joined our MBPS Sales Team this week. We are very pleased that Cherie and her husband decided to relocate to Main Beach from Brisbane and privileged that Cherie agreed to join the MBPS Team as a Sales Consultant. Cherie, pictured below, has spent 34 years as a real estate professional, living and selling property in the prestigious leafy river suburbs of western Brisbane. Cherie considers her move to Main Beach to be another life style and professional milestone, saying “I will proudly continue my property career with Main Beach Property Sales where I find the same integrity and customer service, with discretion, that I know to be very important to all property transactions”. Cherie is looking forward to meeting you all over time.
Well, other than the excitement of Cherie joining the Team and the beautiful weather we are experiencing here in Main Beach, we have little to report. Shelley has been madly doing appraisals for new listings and Carmen running with buyers this week – what a Team! We have all been enjoying our wonderful “Main Beach”. This is it today - it does not get any better than this!!
We have had some changes in listings this week, with price reductions on Oscar on Main, reduced to a crazy $395,000 and Seychelles, again crazy at $699,000. We have also had value added to Atlantis East Apartment 5, with the double marina berths now included at $845,000.

On the Property Management front, we have absolutely nothing available at the moment, although we do have a couple of new listings coming up in January, which we will publish shortly.
